Data retention
The application provides account deletion for private application records and attempts to delete associated uploaded files through the supported storage endpoint. The owner has not supplied a retention duration or confirmed all platform-side retention behavior.
Application records
Product records, saved document versions, branding profiles, workspace membership and billing-verification records are managed in the application database. Account deletion removes the customer’s private records after verifying subscription status; active subscriptions must be managed through the billing portal first.
Shared workspaces and uploads
An account that owns a workspace with other members must transfer ownership before deleting the account. Workspace data remains while other authorized members remain. Uploaded file deletion is attempted through the storage module; if that cleanup cannot be confirmed, account deletion stops and reports a retryable error.
Owner review required
Set and publish the retention periods for database records, backups, AI inputs, file storage and billing records, and confirm provider deletion behavior and any legal retention obligations.
