This page describes the application data flows implemented in SpecSheetPro. It is a draft for the owner to review; legal entity, governing law, processors and other required legal details have not been supplied.

Account and product data

Account authentication is provided by the installed better-auth module. Product records, document snapshots, company profiles, workspace membership and contact submissions are stored in the application database. Access to customer product and document data is scoped to the signed-in account or a workspace membership.

AI and uploaded files

When a signed-in customer requests AI extraction or translation, the supplied text or product fields are sent through the installed Polsia AI module. Product photos and company logos use the installed Polsia file-upload flow and are stored using the returned file key and URL. The app does not claim a retention period or processor list here.
