CUSTOMER HELP

SpecSheetPro Help

SpecSheetPro is intended for small and medium businesses—including small manufacturers, industrial equipment suppliers, wholesalers, electronics and furniture distributors, and import/export companies—with the intended benefit of turning product information into clear, professional spec sheets in minutes.

01

Account access

Create an account at /signup, or sign in at /login. After signing in, open the Dashboard; choose Account Settings in the workspace navigation to check subscription status and reach billing controls.

Product records and private workspace content are accessed through a signed-in account that has permission to use the account or workspace where they are stored.

02

Plans and billing

The paid plans are monthly subscriptions:

  • Starter$15/month
  • Professional$39/month
  • Business$79/month

One free specification sheet is a separate offer from these paid plans.

Paid access requires checkout verification and an active subscription on the purchasing account. Returning from checkout alone does not activate access.

Subscribers can check status and use the supported billing portal in Dashboard → Account Settings.

03

Product information

  • Enter product details directly, or paste specifications you supply for AI-assisted extraction.
  • Import UTF-8 CSV files or Excel .xls/.xlsx workbooks. Excel imports use the first worksheet; map columns, validate the rows, review row issues, then confirm before records are created.
  • AI extraction uses only the text you provide. Missing values stay blank or unknown; review and correct extracted values before saving.
  • Source links and verification dates are recorded only when you provide and check them. The app does not verify source claims for you.

04

Company branding

Company profiles include a profile label, company name, uploaded logo, and document accent color.

Do not assume a profile limit or plan eligibility from the listed plans; this page does not promise either.

Saving branding settings does not make customer-created sheet editing or PDF export available in the current workspace.

05

Spec-sheet downloads

Public sample PDFs cover industrial equipment, electronics, and furniture. Their values are illustrative, not manufacturer data or verified specifications.
